BOOK REVIEW:

                                               THE STORY OF BEAUTIFUL GIRL-Rachel Simon 

                                                                                                                                                                        This is an unexplored territory bond between Lynnie and Homan ,two residents locked away the school for the incurrble and feedminded in 1960s. Books opens with escape on a cold rainy night.The two take shelter at the farmhouse of a widow name mother Martha.Lynnie seems mute and Homan is deaf,but their desperation is clearly communicated soon institution staff apprehend Lynnie, and Homan escape.But they've quickly earned Martha's sympathy,and she takes up the changes Lynnie whispers as she is led away-to hide the new born girl hidden in the attic.Thus begins the story follows the characters through the next 40 years:Lynnie who remains at the institution and finds her voice:Homan always trying to find his way back to her;and Martha, raising the girl named Julia.The story of a beautiful girl explorer the love between two people that others assume incapable of connection,and,though fiction,offers a look into the dark past of America's institution and the above and neglect of people too vulnerable to fight back.Simon is the author of riding the bus with my sister,a memoir chronicling her relationship with her sister,Beth,who has an intellectual disability,Beth was raised at home with Simon,during a national shift away  from institutionalization.Her dark portrayal of the institutional world means me wonder if it was often on her mind,as reality my sister escaped. Simon includes a sibling as a minor character in this story.Lynnie sister returns decade after her parents,embrassed by their daughter's behavior,confined Lynnie to the institution.It's an interesting exploration of sibling's of that era who reconnected.

                                        " It is a wonderful and a brave story."

MOVIE REVIEW:

                                                       IRUMBU THIRAI-P.S.Mithran

     This is movie's genre is thriller and the main characters are vishal,arjun and samantha.

      

     Story Line  : An army man investigate the dark web after money gets stolen from his bank account.This movie is about cyber crime stealing your present details by hacking .This is not just a movie it is an information. 

                       Irumbu Thirai is one of the finest movie in Vishal's carrier being a producer hats off to vishal for choosing a different script.The great comeback for action king Arjun as Mr.Cool Villain white devil.He approved just like a guest role but impressed audience by his terrific action .Yuvan Shankar Raja BGM was awesome.

                      Hatsoff to director P.S.Mithran Sir no words to express my happiness real tamil cinema pride.After a long gap.I felt worth watching tamil  film overall Irumbu Thirai is perfect cyber crime thriller.first halfwas little lagging and second half was brilliant.The movie is well connected to our day to day digital life.In past credit scene "Cashless India careless Indian" are really a true lines,hope people can understand how important their data to secure it.

                                                               THE CROSSING

                      Cities are not particularly known for their kindness to stranger,but then ,sometimes,they can surprise you.In Trichy,one morning during rush hour,i waited at a crossing in my car.There were 40 seconds to go before the light turned green .It was nearly 9:30am,others like me were in a rush to make it to the college on time.Traffic on the facing road,just like on ours,i noticed an elderly man moving slowly on a bicycle carrying a huge stack of newspapers on the carrier behind his seat.He looked like a kabbadi wala,the one who buys old newspapers for recycling.As he was negotiating the crossing,a man on a motorcycle jumped the red light and whizzed passed him.This started the old man and his balance;his cycle wobbled and the stack of papers on his carrier fell down in a heap,bang in the middle of the road.Behind the bushes on the road divider,i could see the old man alighting,looking nervously at the traffic on both sides of the road and then at his newspapers lying scattered on the ground.There was no way i could have helped,stuck as i was in my car,with no space to even open my car door,Poor man is going to have it now.The impatient divers will run over his papers,may be even his bicycle.They will honk loudly to get him out of the way and make him even more nervous,i thought to myself,helplessly.Sure enough,"four,three,two,one..." the traffic digital countdown touched zero and the lights turned green.But as i drove past the bushes heart.A young man walking on the pavement had rushed to the rescue to the old man in the middle of the road.He was trying to balance the bicycle and help the old man gather the newspapers quickly.And they managed to stack them back on the bicycle before the traffic closed in.

                                          GET INVOLVED WITH A DAY OF FAMILY FUN    

People are being encouraged to get involved with a new community event taking place in Heartsease next month.The Heartsease funday in taking place on Heartsease Recreation Ground,in sale road on saturday,september1, and will include entertainment for all children's games,exhibition ,stalls and more to enjoy at the event that will have a comic and graphic novels theme.The aim of the afternoon is to give people a chance to have fun and learn about activities and clubs in their areas.Chris Avey,one of the main organisers,who runs the Old Bakery Cafe in Witard Road,said they hoped as many local people as possible would get involved in the day,which it is hoped will become an annual event."The aim is to put something together that is owned by the community that can be built on each year",he said.There are already lots of local people involved-and there is still time for others to join them.In particular;people are needed to help run the children's games and there are spaces available for people to have their own table-top sale at $5 per pitch.In the afternoon,there will be games,exhibition,live performances,face painting and a bouncy castle.There will also be prize for the best fancy dress costume.Norwich Mind will be offering Indian head massages,cottage form allotments will be selling some of their fruit,vegetables and plants,there will be fitness for new mums and cooking demonstrating.The Matthew Project,PACT and the MS center will also have stalls.Local police officers will also be there for people to talk to.The event is being run by the community and funded by the Norfolk Community Foundation and Norwich City Council.

                                                         NEED FOR KERALA 

The catastrophic impact of monsoon rainfall on several district of kerala has come as a grim reminder that the vigil against unpredictable natural disasters must never be relaxed.More than three dozen people have died and an estimated Rs.8,316 crore worth of economic assets have been lost in the past week.The gates of reservoirs in the Idukki system,a giant hydroelectric project,and several other dams have been opened,inundating riverside habitations downstream.At the peak of the havoc,about 60,000 people whose dwelling suffered damage were lodged in relief camps.In the northern district,damage to house,roads and others structures has occurred owing to landslips caused by incessant showers.There is genuine concern that a temporary respite in rainfall may be  followed by another intense downpour from nascent weather systems;the India Meteorological department has forecast rain until August17.It is to kerala's credit that the deluge has led not a partisan blame game over planning,relief and rehabilitation,but an all-round effort to look ahead and plan for reconstruction.The centre has done well to get a first- hand estimate of the havoc from Home Minister Rajnath Singh,although of Rs.100 crore towards relief in incongruous with the scale of the damage.Kerala's unusually heavy monsoon this year is in contrast to the long-period trend of rainfall.All states naturally look to Kerala,with its record of social development, for evolving best practices to handle such natural disasters.

                                       READERS VOICES STRONG OPINION ON ATHEISTS

Its time to strong out atheists in America.The majority of Americans would love to see atheists kicked out of America.If you don't believe in God,then get out of this country.The United States is based on having freedom of religion,speech etc,which means you can believe in god any way want Baptist,Catholic,Methodist,etc, but you must believe.I don't recall freedom of religion meaning no religion.Our currency even says,"WE TRUST IN GOD".So, to all the atheists in America get off our country.Atheist have caused the rain of this great nation by talking prayers out of our schools and being able to practice what can only be called evil. I don't care if they have never committed a crime,atheists are the reason crime is rampant.
